The short version
- Don’t use Kovra to do illegal things or abuse other people.
- Pay your bill if you’re on Premium.
- We can terminate service if you break Discord’s ToS, our ToS, or harm our ability to operate.
- We provide the service “as-is” and don’t guarantee zero downtime (but we try hard).
- Disputes are handled under German law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Kovra:- For anything illegal under German law, EU law, or the laws of your country.
- To harass, dox, or target individuals.
- To mass-DM users outside of reasonable community interaction.
- To circumvent Discord’s rate limits (spam, abuse of the API).
- To attempt to break or exploit the Kovra infrastructure.
- To resell Kovra’s service without our written permission (Agency add-on lets you white-label, not resell).
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you post on Discord, everything you configure in Kovra (rule text, custom commands, welcome messages), and all server data tied to your Discord server. You grant Kovra a license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of operating the service. The license terminates when you uninstall the bot or delete your account.Our content
Kovra’s logo, branding, dashboard design, and source code are our property. The Agency add-on white-labels some surfaces (embed footers, rank-card watermark) but doesn’t transfer any rights to our IP.Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period.
- Cancel anytime from the dashboard or customer portal.

Termination
We can terminate service with 30 days’ notice. You can terminate anytime by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the bot. If we terminate for cause (you violated the acceptable-use policy), no refund.Service level
We aim for 99.9% uptime but don’t contractually guarantee it. Status page at status.kovra.xyz. If a major outage (>6 hours) hits your servers, we’ll proactively extend your Premium subscription by the downtime duration.Liability
Kovra is a hosted service provided “as-is.” We’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.Changes to these terms
