How billing works
- Processor — LemonSqueezy. They’re the Merchant of Record, so they handle EU VAT, US sales tax, refunds, and chargebacks. You’ll see “LemonSqueezy*KOVRA” on your statement.
- Per-server. Premium is tied to the Discord server, not your account. Buying Premium on Server A doesn’t unlock Premium on Server B.
- Instant activation. As soon as LemonSqueezy’s webhook hits our API (a few seconds), the tier flips live. No restart needed.
- Cancel anytime. From Billing → Manage subscription. Premium stays active until the current period ends.
Test mode
Until launch, LemonSqueezy is running in test mode. Test-mode purchases use Stripe test cards (4242 4242 4242 4242) and don’t charge real money. The dashboard shows a “TEST” banner when active.
